The Elite Development Squad

The Elite development squad provides players with another year to excel in our environment and provides a bridge to the gap between academy and first team football.

• Training schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Fixtures: National league academy south (Wednesdays)

Education Pathway: Our programme offers education through Juniper Training allowing players to educate alongside their footballing commitments.

• NCFE Level 3 Business Course - In partnership with Juniper Training - Taught out of our local education site walking distance from the Martin Tyler Performance Centre. The qualification offers additional UCAS points and further qualifications to our players.

Progression: Our programmes feed directly into the first team with alumni such as Tom Dryer, Kemall Wilson & Mikey Verga signing deals with the first team after the 25/26 season.
