Full-Time Programme (U18’s Scholarship & Shadow Squads)

The full time programme is the starting point of the academies elite player pathway for post-16 players.

• Training schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Squads: Scholarship & Shadow squads

• Fixtures: Tactics League, Allied Counties, Isthmian youth league, national league alliance, suburban football league

• Additional Competitions: FA Youth Cup, Surrey Midweek Cup & League cups

The environment within the programme creates the realistic demands on players of senior football, in an environment where they can learn and develop across the four corner model.

Education Pathway: Our programme offers two education options, in collaboration with Woking College & Juniper Training allowing players to educate alongside their footballing commitments.

• A-Levels - In partnership with Woking College - 30 places across both our 1st and 2nd year scholars.

• NCFE Level 3 Sports Course - In partnership with Juniper Training - Taught out of the Martin Tyler Performance Centre and another local site. The qualification offers the same amount of UCAS points as 3 A-levels.

Progression: Our programmes feed directly into our elite development squad, preparing players for the next stage of the club’s pathway.
